1) Data We Collect

Precisd does not require accounts, logins, or profile creation. We do not collect personal files, names, emails, or payment details to use the tools. Outside optional analytics described below, we do not run user tracking systems.

2) File Processing

File handling in Precisd is 100% client-side in your browser. Your files are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to Precisd servers. We do not store, transmit, or retain your files.

3) Analytics

If enabled, Precisd uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymous product usage information, such as pages visited and tool interactions. This helps us improve reliability and usability. We do not intentionally send personally identifiable information to GA4.

4) Cookies

Precisd only uses analytics cookies from GA4 when analytics is enabled. We do not set advertising cookies and do not use ad retargeting cookies.

5) Third-Party Libraries and Services

Some features load third-party libraries from CDNs such as unpkg and cdnjs. Current examples include:

• pdf-lib
• PDF.js
• JSZip
• mammoth
• SheetJS
• QRCode.js
• ExchangeRate-API (for currency rates only)

6) Data Retention

Precisd does not retain your uploaded files or tool output on servers. For analytics events, Google retains GA4 data according to Google's own retention settings and policies.

8) Jurisdiction

Precisd is operated from Ontario, Canada and India. Our privacy approach is aligned with Canada's PIPEDA and India's IT Act and DPDP Act (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). For visitors in the European Union, we also respect GDPR-aligned rights. We do not collect personal data beyond anonymized analytics signals.

9) International Users

Precisd is a worldwide platform. Every tool processes data locally in your browser, and no file or document data is transmitted to our servers regardless of your location.
